I would love to leave feedback for it though, because I'm lacking some features and would very much like to uninstall it and use a 3rd party driver in the meanwhile, but I have no idea how to do that because there aren't any instructions for it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13296248.post-1144947207821403502006-04-13T09:53:00.000-07:002006-04-13T09:53:00.000-07:00Okay, here's the deal: We intentionally did not in...Okay, here's the deal: We intentionally did not include Windows Media Player in the list since it is not a supported product anymore! (This I didn't realize) But, we are looking into whether we want to add a category for mouse and keyboard drivers and an other category for anything else. I didn't know that we had officially cancelled support for WMP, but you can see here the text "Microsoft will continue to offer Windows Media Player 9 as a free download for Macintosh users, but has no plans to provide future updates or product support for Windows Media Player for Mac. As an alternative, Microsoft has teamed up with Telestream to make its popular Flip4Mac program available to Macintosh users. Flip4Mac provides Windows Media video and audio playback in the QuickTime Player for Mac OS X." I've suggested we add Flip4Mac to our feedback options.
