Got Feedback for MacBU?

We've just released a new feedback tool on our web site that allows customers to provide direct feedback our team. You can select "Send Feedback" from the "Help" menu in any of our applications or directly visit the MacBU feedback form located at http://www.microsoft.com/mac/default.aspx?pid=feedback Everything is anonymous, just select your application, version and language and send it our way. It's immediately posted for all the team to see internally. I like the new design, more with less. Enjoy, and let us know what you think!

There is nothing for WMP or the mouse and keyboard drivers :-\ I know they aren't developed by the MacBU, but still, they're listed on MacTopia...

Excellent point Corentin! Just checked with the folks responsible and it looks like it's an oversight. I'll update here when I have a conclusion or update. Thanks for the feedback!

Okay, here's the deal: We intentionally did not include Windows Media Player in the list since it is not a supported product anymore! (This I didn't realize) But, we are looking into whether we want to add a category for mouse and keyboard drivers and an other category for anything else. I didn't know that we had officially cancelled support for WMP, but you can see here the text "Microsoft will continue to offer Windows Media Player 9 as a free download for Macintosh users, but has no plans to provide future updates or product support for Windows Media Player for Mac. As an alternative, Microsoft has teamed up with Telestream to make its popular Flip4Mac program available to Macintosh users. Flip4Mac provides Windows Media video and audio playback in the QuickTime Player for Mac OS X." I've suggested we add Flip4Mac to our feedback options. Thanks again for feedback!

I just read in a blog (forgot which) that the Mouse drivers (6.0) were made by the Microsoft hardware team, rather than the Macintosh team. I would love to leave feedback for it though, because I'm lacking some features and would very much like to uninstall it and use a 3rd party driver in the meanwhile, but I have no idea how to do that because there aren't any instructions for it!
